WE ARE THE MASTERS OF OUR DOMAIN
Human beings (specially young ones) are constantly going to doctors after experiencing stress and have to speak to counsels and get medications.
At some point in life we have to gain resilience.
We have to learn to self moderate and manage ourselves, otherwise we’re not going to get anywhere.
What determines the choices that we make are the quality of thoughts that we are thinking.
Therefore determining our emotional experience of life.
And our emotional experience of life causes us to respond/ react to the circumstances that we face.
Next time you find yourself in a stressful situation, ask yourself:
"Is there another way I can look at this situation?"
"Is there a lesson to learn?"
"How can I make myself stronger to avoid feeling this way the next time I'm triggered?"
"Can I detached from my past emotional experiences and this moment and find space for new ones?"
Remember life is like a game of solitaire, you can't force the deck, so learn how to play all cards.
