MIND RESET
When you’re just not feeling yourself. Frustrated, distracted, angry or anxious. Use this practice to get back on track.
1. Set a timer for 10 minutes. (Or more)
2. Put down a mator blanket or lay comfortably on a sofa (Laying on the bed is not recommended.)
3. Listen to music or guided meditation. (Or my favourite, in complete silence.)
4. Give yourself this time of undivided attention with no expectations.
Now you’re ready to finish your day with a clear mind, more energy, patience and calmness.
